Last night the Honourable Dr. Lincoln Douglas, Minister of Arts and Multiculturalism, Government of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago, along with the 27-strong Trinidad & Tobago National Steel Symphony Orchestra (N.S.S.O) arrived on island and were welcomed by Chief of Executive Officer of the National Cultural Foundation, Mr. Cranston Browne.
N.S.S.O is on the cards for tonight’s First Citizens Pan Fusion event being held in association the Insurance Corporation of Barbados Limited on the grounds of Ilaro Court at 8:00 p.m.
The NCF and N.S.S.O will also be staging a free workshop on Friday, July 12 at the Queen’s Park Steel Shed at 5:30 p.m. which is open to all – pan enthusiasts and novices alike.
This Pan exchange between Trinidad and Barbados was made possible through the kind patronage of the Ministry of Arts and Multiculturalism.
